Customer Service

The client has the right to return and cancel the purchase during 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to him.
The Client should do it by notifying the Seller through support@linen4me.com, specifying the reason of the return, name, surname or company name, phone number, and bank account number.
The returned goods must not be used and must be in original, not damaged package. Money for returned goods will be transferred into the Customer’s account within 10 working days after the return of the goods.
The fee for delivery of goods is not returned to the Client.
The costs connected with returning the goods should be paid by the Client.
